Upon arrival at Ho Chi Minh International Airport, the driver will meet you and drop you off at your hotel.
5:00 PM > The jeep, driver, and guide will pick you up at your hotel. You’ll explore less-frequented neighborhoods and try some southern culinary specialties.
You’ll also be able to appreciate the beauty of this bustling city along the river—another way to see Saigon.
Accommodation: Double room at Chez Mimosa Homestay
At 8:00 a.m., you’ll depart with your driver and guide for the Cu Chi Tunnels. A relic of the Vietnam War, discover the ingenuity of the Vietnamese army.
(If you’re sensitive to confined spaces, avoid going deep into the tunnels.)
You’ll then enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Back in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, you can stroll around and admire the colonial buildings such as the Post Office, the Cathedral, and the Reunification Palace.
Return to the homestay in the late afternoon and spend the evening at leisure.

Journey time: 2:30 a.m.
8:00 a.m.: Departure by private car to Ben Tre.
Day’s itinerary:
● Mangrove fruit picking along the river
● Watch fishing along the river, join the fishermen to catch shrimp, and enjoy river shrimp purchased directly from the boat.
● Coconut candy factory
● Chocolate factory
● Rowboat on a small canal, enjoy a pleasant and peaceful view (30-minute paddle)
● Lunch at the orchard
● Brick factory and bicycle ride
● Mattress making and visit a local house
Then depart for Can Tho and check-in at the lodge.
Accommodation: Bungalow at Eco Bamboo Villa.
Departure around 10:00 a.m. for another day of discovery.
Today’s program:
● Discover local cuisine by baking cakes at a local’s home.
● Tropical fruit orchards (seasonal).
● Visit the fish farm and stroll around the island.
● Discover the unique floating fish farm on the Mekong River.
● Return to the lodge.

Journey time: > 3 hours
Early departure for the most beautiful experience on the Mekong with a visit to the Cai Rang floating market.

● Cai Rang floating market
● Local noodle restaurant
● Stroll along the small canal
● Visit a Chinese pagoda
● Visit a Khmer pagoda
● Lunch and return to Ho Chi Minh City
Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City around 5 pm. Evening at leisure

Day at leisure to do some last minute shopping or relax until transfer to the airport to catch your flight to your next destination.
