Hoang Su phi trekking – Ha Giang loop 6 days tour

Transport : 7 hours
6am: Pick up from your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and drive to Hoang Su Phi.
Arrival in Hoang Su Phi around 1 p.m. for lunch. You will then hike in the magnificent rice fields of Ban Luoc, called “the gate to Heaven”. The rice fields are recognized as National Heritage of Vietnam. The hike takes about 3 hours to reach the village of Suoi Thau.
Arrival at the village and installation in your homestay. You will have dinner and spend the night in the house of the Dao in Long Tunics. Dinner with the hosts
Accommodation: Dormitory bed in traditional house
After breakfast, you will resume walking, continuing along small paths in the middle of the rice fields and passing through the village of Nam Ly, inhabited by the Long-Tunic Dao.
You will then walk through the rice fields of San Sa Ho to finally arrive at a village of the Nung minority where you will have lunch.
After lunch, you will take the road to Ha Giang and more particularly the commune of Phuong Do, outside the city. Installation at the homestay and evening at leisure.

After breakfast, you will then follow a small road leading to a group of three villages of the Dzao people: Na Thac, Khuoi My and Lung Vai. Here you will visit the moss-covered houses and vast terraced fields of the Dzao ethnic group. Return to the homestay for lunch.
After lunch, We cross Quan Ba Heaven Gate and Co Tien Duo Mountain to reach Nam Dam Community Tourist Village. Check in with your host family, then take a pleasant walk around the village. There you will visit a small village museum and hear the history of the construction of mud houses.
After dinner, watch a traditional dance performance of the Dao minority called “Cắp Sắc”. Join the dance with them for an evening of sharing and laughter.

An exciting day to discover the emblematic places of Ha Giang.
After an early breakfast at a local’s home, you continue the journey towards the village of Can Ty, which specializes in weaving and brocade. After visiting a workshop, take the road to visit the village of Pho Cao. On the way you will pass through the gate of paradise of Lao Va Chai and to the Tham Ma pass. You will go to the Chin Khoanh pass. After that, you will visit the cultural village of Lao Xa, artisans of silver products of the H’mong people who have lived on the rocky plateau for centuries. Lunch on site
After lunch, you will visit the ancient H’Mong Vua Meo palace with its unique architecture. Finally, the guide will take you to the flag tower of Lung Cu, the northern tip of Vietnam. Enjoy the splendid 360° view of Vietnam and China.
Arrival in Dong Van late in the afternoon. Installation at the homestay.

After breakfast, you will head towards the Ma Pi Leng pass, one of the most beautiful in Vietnam. You can walk on the “skywalk”, a winding path on the edge of the mountain which offers a superb view. Return to the car to cross the pass and see the breathtaking view of the Nho Que River rushing into the Tu San Canyon.
You will then have lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, you will go down to the river to take a boat ride on the river and cross the canyon, reputed to be the largest canyon in South East Asia Then, the road continues towards the village of Du Gia. You will still pass through sublime landscapes and remote villages like Lung Phin and Mau Due. Arrival at Du Gia in the afternoon, free time to rest before Dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, enjoy a moment of relaxation to stroll around the village, you can hike to the waterfall for a swim.
10 a.m. > Check out and you will take the road to return to Ha Giang. Lunch will be taken on site in the city.
It will finally be time to say goodbye to the northern mountains for a return to Hanoi. Arrival early in the evening.
